Wow. So I order some bamboo stakes. I wait to find out when they would be delivered. Days go by, I get an email saying they are out of stock, and here's an alternative. They are over $50 dollars more.. fine. I place a new order for the new stakes for more money. A week goes by, I call to find out when they will be shipped, and I was told they wanted to charge me another $110 just for shipping. (Mind you they already charged me $100 for shipping). How do you conduct business like this? My stuff is again not shipping out and on top of that they want to charge me another $100!!!! (Blamed it on high gas prices). They weren't even going to tell me there was a problem with shipping unless I called. Shady business practices. Don't shop here. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered 8k worth of items, for everything to be shipped out in 4 different shipping segments, after 6 months of waiting I still didn't get all my items, spent so many hours on the phone dealing with this company to get a refund on the 6 month pending orders. And to make matters worse, im even local to this company. Whatever you do, do not purchase from this company, I promise you will be saving time and money by purchasing through another company.

They will confirm your order and never ship. I called customer support and they said they have received my order. They confirmed inventory but did not confirm shipping date. Almost two weeks later they, after reaching out for the third time, I was told that they did not have inventory and will be issuing a refund. I have not yet received my refund.

Incredible company with amazing team members. Peter has been my rep on very large orders and has far exceeded my expectations in terms of communication and customer service. Great job guys, you've got my business!

The company boasts of great service to their customers but beware once they charge you and they have a problem with supply they neglect to contact you about it. It took 2 weeks before I called them about my order not showing up just to hear a bunch of excuses them was assured that my order would be sent to me right away just to get an email from them telling me my money was refunded but there was nothing that came back to me and now have to contact them again to find out where my money is. Very unprofessional business with incompetent employees. I will never deal with them again and am just giving a heads up to beware.
